We're so in love with this pillow that we almost kept it for ourselves. The Guatemalans know a thing or two about color and here's the proof. During our travels around Lake Atitlan we discovered weekly huipil and used textile markets that were rainbows of color. Huipils are the handwoven and embellished blouses worn by Guatemalan women and girls. Each village has its own weaving style and color spectrum.
This pillow was created from two different vintage huipils and has a reverse of paprika red that perfectly complements the vibrant colors.
