Maine for Morocco

Maine for Morocco

Kerr+Jones Gallery in East Boothbay will host its season’s end reception on Thursday, October 5, from 5 to 7pm, with a Moroccan theme. We  will be donating a portion of our reception proceeds to Moroccan earthquake relief via Global Giving and the Eve Branson Foundation.

Stunning, handwoven contemporary and vintage Moroccan rugs, ceramics, jewelry and art will be featured. Artisan traditions are the heart of world cultures and we have long supported and been enthralled by the unique works created in Morocco. Since 2006 we’ve been bringing these unique treasures to…of all places…the coast of Maine.

In addition to our Moroccan wares, we will be offering season’s end discounts for a selection of gallery art and fine craft.  Looking ahead to another wonderful season in 2024, we will be making room for new art by our gifted roster of artists as well as new additions from Maine and beyond.

Kerr+Jones Gallery is most thankful for the incredible talent we showcase in our vibrant space.  Among them…Jeff Barrett, MJ Benson, Asher Briant, Bill Chisholm, Jane Dahmen, Dona Dalton, Scout Dunbar, Fraas/Slade, Gayle Page, Andrea Peters, Michele O’Keefe, Paul Plante, Softset Ceramics, John Rogers, Emily Sabino, Marnie Sinclair, Paul Sumner, David Witbeck and gallery owners Diana Kerr and Kathleen Jones.

Please join us on Thursday, October 5, for our season finale. If attending the reception, please park at the School Street lot one block away.
